Wystawa fotografii Uniwersytetu Trzeciego Wieku PW/ Photography exhibition by the University of the Third Age at WUT
W dniach od 5 do 10 maja 2025 r. w Dużej Auli oglądać można prace uczestników Pracowni Fotograficznej UTW PW. Tematem wystawy zrealizowanej pod kierunkiem Małgorzaty Dołowskiej są „Obrazy miasta”.
Uroczysty wernisaż z cyklu „Poszukiwania 2025” przewidziano na godz. 12.00, 6 maja 2025 r. Fotografie, utrzymane w różnorodnej stylistyce, zostały wykonane przez uczestników Pracowni Fotograficznej UTW PW. Wśród prac zobaczymy zarówno żywe barwy miasta, jak i jego mniej oczywistą stronę utrzymaną w czarno-białej tonacji. Operowanie kontrastami znakomicie wpisuje się w monochromatyczną przestrzeń Dużej Auli, przełamaną stelażami z ekspozycją starszych członków społeczności Politechniki Warszawskiej.
From May 5 to 10, 2025, the Main Hall (Duża Aula) will host an exhibition featuring works by participants of the Photography Workshop at the University of the Third Age by WUT. The theme of the exhibition, curated by Małgorzata Dołowska, is “City images.”
A formal vernissage, part of the "Explorations 2025" series, is scheduled for 12:00 PM on May 6, 2025. The photographs—diverse in style—were created by members of the University of the Third Age Photography Workshop at Warsaw University of Technology. The display includes both vibrant images of urban life and its more subtle, black-and-white perspectives. The use of contrast resonates with the character of the Main Hall, where the historical interior is enriched by exhibition structures showcasing the creative expression of WUT’s senior community.
